• We prepare detailed specifications, RFQs and tender packages capturing all client requirements.

• We research and identify suitable local and international vendors. We have an existing large pool of vendors that we have built over the years and we also work with preferred vendors of our clients. We do vendor background checks, D&B ckecks, reference checks and site visits to validate their capabilities.

• We run thorough but fast paced tender process, providing timely information and addressing all tender queries.

• We prepare thorough tender evaluation and clear recommendation in collaboration with our clients.

• We conduct robust and fair tender negotiations to deliver sustained value for our clients.

• We ensure all deliverables and risks are identified and allocated in contract agreements. We do this by preparing detailed responsibility matrix between vendor, clients and any third parties.

• We prepare commercial contracts for Australian or International jurisdictions.

• We protect client’s commercial interests by validating vendor payment claims. We ensure claims are appropriate, scope is delivered in full, all defects are remediated and suitable warranties are in place.

• We also manage all other commercial issues such as notice of delays, extension of time, delay/direct cost claims, variations etc.
